G Power BMW M4 Bi Tronik 5 V1 2014 Front Angle G Power BMW M3 and M4 Bi Tronik 5 Performance UpgradeIn its 6th edition, the BMW M3/M4 presents with a 3.0 litres six-cylinder serial motor, thanks to its default Biturbo charge the ideal basis for additional power increases: optimisation of the motor electronics by G-POWER Bi-Tronik 5 V1 already increases power by 89 to a total of 520 PS. Raising the V-max limit permits the G-POWER M3/M4 a maximum speed in excess of 325 km/h at the same time.

The additional module Bi-Tronik 5 V1 used in the BMW M3/M4, connected upstream of the original motor control unit, records the information measured and submitted by the vehicle sensors before they reach the serial control unit. The data that are read in are modified by the Bi-Tronik 5 microprocessor and thus submitted to the serial control unit. This in turn determines the parameters required for the output, such as fuel amount and ignition time, before initiating a moderate increase of the charging pressure. (more…)

AC Schnitzer BMW M4 2014 Front The M4 by AC SchnitzerThe tuning experts at AC Schnitzer have given the BMW M4 with Motorsport power a further kick of energy. Once again, the Aachen-based tuning specialists have shown that there’s still no upper limit to power and sporting performance.

To build up the muscle power of the BMW M4, AC Schnitzer has provided a performance upgrade from 431 to 510 hp, at a glance under the bonnet with the AC Schnitzer engine styling shows. A sports catalyst (export version) is currently in preparation, and will reduce the thermal load on the turbocharger and exhaust manifold together with the back pressure. (more…)

The BMW X4 28i delivers a mighty 294 hp, and the BMW X4 35i will even impress world championship judges with its 360 hp. Oxigin BMW 7 Series 2014 Front Angle Big Wheels for Big Boys: Oxigin 18 Concave for BMW 5 series and 7 seriesThe wheel rim specialists from Oxigin Leichtmetallräder in Swabian Unterensingen prove that their current wheel rim design “18 Concave” looks particularly handsome on the large BMW models with the two XL Bavarians presented here.

The white 5 series Touring from the F11 series has been equipped with the Oxigin 18 in the popular finish black full polish with undercut. It’s very practical: there is a TÜV expert report for the sizes used, 9×20 and 10.5×20 inch, in combination with tyres sized 245/35ZR20 and 285/30ZR20, for the current generation of the BMW 5 series F10/11. This permits easy registration in the vehicle documents. The significantly concave shape of the Oxigin 18 Concave is very well visible in the white station wagon. At the vehicle shown, it is 45 mm at the front and as much as 67 millimetres at the rear axle. (more…)
