iND returns with a new, exciting M project. This time around, the Chicago-based company takes on the challenge to enhance two already amazing M automobiles for the same customer: the E92 M3 and F10 M5.

The 40 Years of M event we attended this week at the Nurburgring presented not just one surprise (M6 Gran Coupe debut), but also the reveal of the limited edition BMW M3 DTM Champion Edition.

This limited edition E92 M3 coupe commemorates Bruno Spengler’s championship in the recently concluded DTM 2012 season. As you can see, the car mimics Bruno Spengler’s matte black BMW Bank M3 race car. It will be limited to 54 units. (more…)

We have been in attendance at the 40 Years of M event at the Nurburgring for the past few days. Besides all the awesome M cars here for driving and ogling (more on those later), BMW M brought out a special treat sneak peek during M Night – the BMW M6 Gran Coupe! Also revealed at the event was the BMW M3 DTM Champion Edition Coupe.

Though technical details were not provided at the sneak preview, it will obviously be powered by the same S63Tu engine from the F10 M5, F12 M6 convertible, and F13 M6 coupe, likely with the same output (560hp). A 7 speed DCT transmission will be available and no word yet on a possible manual option. (more…)

Their newest customer – Louis hasn’t made a mistake when he asked them for consultation about his two beasts M3 and M5.The first idea was some small steps improving these two cars to be made but lately Louis gave IND the creative freedom they have really needed the whole time. The new color schemes and combinations are absolutely stunning. The M3 is a result of this creative freedom, with the Lamborghini Rosso Vik BBS FI wheels and ESS Supercharger manifold attesting to the fact that Louis is not afraid to add a bit of color and excitement to his modified cars.
