BMW Canada has released a staggering video with 2012 1-Series M Coupe, which does some amazing drifts and burnouts. Furthermore, all stunts are made on a large tarmac area with some obstacles.

2012 BMW 1-Series M Coupe goes through small cutout openings in walls at high speeds, of course with the doors, first.

1-Series M is powered by a twin-turbo 3.0 liter inline six-cylinder with 340PS (250 kW) and 500Nm (369 lb-ft) of torque. It is connected to a 6-speed manual transmission. All that power is send to the road through a M variable differential on the rear wheels.

KW now offers Variant 3 coilover for BMW 1-Series M Coupe. The suspension kit will further improve the handling of the sport variant of 1-Series. The enhanced adjustable compression damping allows the M Coupe to expertly master sharp bends. So, the car is easier to handle at high speeds and the driver receives greater response from the road.

However, if you think that the comfort will suffer, you are wrong. At low speed, the impact of transverse joints is no longer transferred unfiltered into the passenger cabin for example. So, you receive not only stiffened suspension, but a better comfort, too. (more…)

BMW has revealed the M Sport package for the new 1-Series. Probably, the manufacturer is scared that the new 1-Series won’t so appreciated like the previous model, so they are hurrying to improve the exterior of the car.

The ///M Sport package consists of a new front bumper, revised rear bumper and big alloy wheels. The interior boasts a sport steering wheel, door sill with ///M logo and some aluminum trim with blue accents.

There is no information about the price list, but it won’t be cheap. Still, it is a kind of improvement for new the bland 1-Series. (more…)

2011 BMW M3 Carbon Edition will be limited to just 111 units, which will be sold at the biggest car market. The sports car features carbon fiber roof, BMW performance front GT splitters, hood inlets and a trunk mounted lip spoiler. Of course, all elements come in carbon fiber.

The special edition M3 is finished in white pearl metallic paint with black stripes. A Carbon Edition logo and huge 19” Style 220 M3 wheels in matt black fitted with high performance tires complete the exterior look.

The interior received carbon fiber element, too. The “Carbon Edition” logo is present as well as white leather for the arm rest, door panels and center console. The final touch is the carbon fiber patterned material for the headrests. (more…)

1M Coupe is powered by a twin-turbo 3.0 liter inline six-cylinder with 340HP (250 kW) and 500Nm (369 lb-ft) of torque connected to a 6-speed manual gearbox. Rumors said, that the 1-Series ///M is faster around race tracks than the brutal M3 with V8 under the hood.

The 1-Series ///M is just 1495 kg (3295 lbs). 0-100 km/h in 4.9 seconds and 0-200 km/h in 17.3 seconds. Top speed – 250 km/h (155 mph) and fuel consumption – 9.6 liter/100 km with CO2 emission of 224 g/km.

BMW 1-Series M Coupe comes with DSC, ABS, ASC, DBC and CBC. The breaking system is just staggering – internally-ventilated cast iron discs – that measure 360mm front and 350mm rear.

The M5 F10 is powered by a twin-turbo 4.4-liter V8 with 560PS (412 kW) at 5750RPM and 680Nm(502 lb-ft) at just 1500RPM. It features M TwinPower Turbo technology, twin-scroll turbochargers, high-precision direct fuel injection, VALVETRONIC variable valve control and a cross-bank exhaust manifold. 0 to 100 km/h in 4.4 seconds, 0 to 200 km/h in 13 seconds and top speed of 250 km/h (155 mph) electronically limited and 305 km/h (190 mph) with M Driver’s Package. However, the fuel consumption is also amazing – 9.9 liters per 100 km on combined cycle (28.5 mpg) and CO2 emissions of 232 g/km.

Vorsteiner has released the first pictures of their VMS styling package for the BMW 5-Series (F10).

No details have been released yet, but the car is outfitted with a carbon fiber front lip spoiler and extended side skirts. Out back, changes are minimal but include a trunk-mounted spoiler, an aggressive rear diffuser and a dual exhaust system. (more…)

Hartge has announced that they are preparing a tuning program for the latest BMW 6-Series Convertible (F13). The tuning company didn’t reveal any further information about the project, but as we can see on the pictures, the vehicle won’t get any huge spoilers or bright paint.

The upgrades will include a new sports exhaust system, lowering springs kit, which will reduce the stance of F13 with 30 mm at the front and 25 mm and the rear.

Hartge 6-Series stands on 19” or 21” alloy wheels in the well know design of the tuner.

The interior will receive aluminum Hartge pedals, floor mats with logos and a Hartge emblem on the steering wheel. (more…)
