BMW Concept M135i
BMW presents the concept study of a BMW M Performance automobile featuring a six-cylinder petrol engine – consistent further development of the new BMW 1 Series’ dynamic characteristics – world premiere at the 2012 Geneva International Motor Show.
Simultaneously with the world premiere of the first BMW M Performance automobiles, BMW’s concept study of a further model from this new product category will be showcased on the media days (6 – 7 March 2012) at this year’s Geneva International Motor Show. The BMW Concept M135i consistently utilises the dynamic potential of the new BMW 1 Series for the concept of the first BMW M Performance automobile featuring a straight six-cylinder petrol engine. LUMMA BMW 650i
CLR 600 GT features an aerodynamic body kit consisting of a front bumper lower spoiler with LED daytime driving lights, side skirts and rear diffuser. Suspension is lowered by 20mm and GTB-Monoblock 9 and 10.5 x 20-inch wheels round out the look.
Under the hood, the 6er Convertible has a 4.4-liter twin turbo V8 makes 490 HP (360 kW) compared to the standard 408 HP (300 kW). Torque from 600 Nm (443 lb-ft) to 720 Nm (531 lb-ft). (more…)
JMS BMW E92 and E93
For the excellent driving performance, the tuning company JMS offers now a new style for m-technic versions of BMW E92/93.
The tuning company offers a KW stainless steel coil over kit with 55mm/45mm lowering – 1059 Euro. There is a set of new black polished rims 9J × 19″ fitted with 235/35 R19 tires – 2399 Euros.
At the rear JMS has also put H&R spacers with 2×20mm dimensions – 119 Euros. The new front apron costs 249 Euros. (more…)

Romeo Ferraris BMW M5 F10 – 657 HP and 790Nm
Romeo Ferraris, Italian tuning house with the famous Centaur (us) as a logo, we know especially of heavily inflated Fiatjes, but they tackle really big cars, like the 599 GTO. Their latest project: the BMW M5.
Admittedly, it is not the first tuned M5 that passes here, and certainly not the last. This is, unlike most others, but one where you do not see that further down to the 4.4 liter V8 is pieced.
Standard, the M5 560 hp and 680 Nm, Romeo Ferraris addresses this in 2 phases. The most powerful variant offers an extra 97 HP and 110 Nm, which the Bavarian super sedan at 657 hp and 790 Nm convenience. Without (again) this on the outside to betray. Yes, if you look carefully, you see that the outlets have grown in diameter.
Through a ‘module’ is 75hp and 88Nm, exhaust system with titanium mufflers do the rest. (more…)

Will it drift? – 2012 BMW F10 M5 (video)
The sports family saloon is powered by a 4.4-liter twin-turbo V8 with 560PS (412 kW) and 680Nm (502 lb-ft). It is mated to a 7-speed M Double Clutch Transmission. 0 to 100 km/h in 4.4 seconds, 0 to 200 km/h in 13 seconds and top speed of 250 km/h (155 mph) electronically limited and 305 km/h (190 mph) with M Driver’s Package.
Still, this a car to bring your family to vacation, so the fuel consumption is good enough – 9.9 liters per 100 km on combined cycle (28.5 mpg) and CO2 emissions of 232 g/km. (more…)
VMS M-Sport 5-Series F10
Vorsteiner have unveiled their latest project – V-MS for the BMW 5 series (F10) equipped with M Sport package. It involves an aerodynamic kit, new wheels and some exhaust system tweaks.
The aerodynamic kit consists of a front air splitter (designed to fit the M Sport bumper), a rear diffuser and a trunk lip spoiler – all in carbon fiber. These add-ons give a type of character to the 5 series while having a purposeful balancing role. A newly installed full cat back exhaust system ups the power by 12HP and enhances the output sound. Manhart BMW MH3 V8RS Clubsport
The E92 M3 received the brutal engine from BMW X5 M – a 4.4 liter twin-turbocharged petrol with 555PS (408 kW). Still, the tuners decided that this is not enough power for a small 3-Series car and boosted the monster to whopping 750PS (551 kW) and 910Nm (671 lb-ft) of torque. So , they made the car really hard to drive. The engine is mated to a 6-speed M Sport automatic transmission sending all that power to a LSD from E60 M5. The weight of the car is 1590 kg (3505 lbs) meaning that it has power to weight ratio of 2.25 kg/hp. (more…)
