The BMW 3 Series is BMW’s best selling car and has been consistently near or at the top of the sales charts for many years. BMW 5-Series F10 535i is perfect choice for everyday vehicle. It offers great comfort, superb performance and low fuel consumption, considering its power. However, Infiniti has recently introduced the M37S, which offers nearly the same qualities.

The F10 535i is powered by 3.0 liter in-line six-cylinder petrol engine equipped with , twin-scroll turbocharger. The engine features BMW’s EfficientDynamics technologies including VALVETRONIC throttle-less intake technology and High Precision direct injection. The result is 306HP (225 kW) at 5,800RPM and 400Nm (296 lb-ft) of torque at just 1,200RPM. 0-100 km/h in 5.9 seconds and a top speed of 250 km/h (155 mph). The engine is mated to an 8-speed ZF Automatic gearbox. The fuel consumption is 10.4 liters per 100 km in city and 6.3 liters per 100 km on the highway. The combined cycle is 8.1 liters per 100 km. For the M 135i by AC Schnitzer the company has several tuning elements up its sleeve.

In its standard configuration, the six-cylinder 3.0-liter engine produces 320 HP (235 kW) and 332 lb-ft (450 Nm) of torque, but after AC Schnitzer works its magic power is increased to 360 HP (265 kW) without increasing CO2 emissions. (more…)
